I’m here to help as your personal trainer and coach. With ten years of experience, I’ve seen it all. I’ve helped people lose weight, get stronger, run faster, and feel their best. I’ve also made the gym a welcoming place for those who were once scared of it.
My work includes training competitive athletes in many sports like GAA, sprinting, and football. No matter your goal, I tailor my approach to suit you. At Mc Hale Fitness, it’s all about achieving your goals and having fun along the way. Let’s start this journey together.
Training is 1 to 1 with a qualified and experienced coach. Usually leads to the best results as sessions are completely geared towards you and the coach can observe you and only you and modify sessions as needed.
Training sessions involving groups of 5 or more people. Could be teams, work colleagues, friends or a mix of people. Enjoy the company of others while you work with a qualified and experienced coach towards your goal.
Up to 4 people in a session with a qualified and experienced coach. If you’re someone who wants the best results possible like you would get in personal training but with the social element you get with group training than small group training could be the option for you.
I offer a mobile training service around Galway City and County. I can bring equipment to train you, and your friends/work colleagues/teammates, at your home, in your garden, at your workplace, a park or a sports hall for hire near you.
I am a fully qualified and insured personal trainer and offer a wide range of services to suit all fitness levels and backgrounds.
